, 6:28 AM Today work was just HORRIBLE? Ee, did i just say horrible? Yes i did. -.- Oh, i kept on asking people what day is it today cause customers keep on rolling in none stop. It just tires me out especially at dk. :( And the different type of customers you meet today aint the same as any ordinary days. Hmph. They are just RUDE, kurang hajar. I just hate it. How i wish i can argue back with them, but still i endured. And talking about arguing back, theres this one shitty guy today. He wrote a COMPLAIN letter and there he go writing at MY DK. Oh, bodoh nyer orang. I thought he wanted to ordered something so i approach him and greet him in a nice manner and you know what he says? Me : Hi Gd afternoon sir! Your order please? *smiles* Stupid customer : NO! NO! NOTHING! While writing a complain letter directly infront of my counter! Me : *curious and take a peek of what he's writing* Stupid customer : " EH! JANGAN TENGOK TENGOK! "( Eh! don't kpo! ) In a fcuking rude manner and shoo-ing me off from that place! Me : ( Darah up ready .. Blood boiling already .. ) OUH?! Walks off with a un-sincere face! Another customer from cafe : " Eh, ader orang que-ing at your ice-cream there " Me : Okay and walk to the dessert kiosk. Apparently i wanted to serve the customer BEHIND the stupid customer whome apparently is BLOCKING my other customers from seeing the ice-cream menu and being selfish by standing right in the middle of my COUNTER! No brain write this guy! So i was like, " Hi sir your order? " For the guy whome is que-ing behing the stupid customer. And you know what the stupid customer says? SC : " Eh, I SAY I DON'T WANT TO ORDER RIGHT! " And give me that attitude fcuker face siaaa! GRRR! Sumpah i was like boiling inside sia! Me : I'am not even talking to you. I'AM TRYING TO SERVE THE CUSTOMER BEHIND WHEN YOU'RE BLOCKING THE WAY! dalam hati cakap si dier ni terase asal. da la bodoh block orang nyer way! SC : Ignore me still and keep on writing his stupid looong fuggin complain essay! Apparently this guy is super not happy with something, i bet it's the service coming from our mainstore. I don't know what went wrong but he don't have to throw his fcuking attitude towards me right! I was so pissed off with him! Somemore take up my space and scold me for no reasons. Stupid, no brain! And i heard that he says that this matter to be brought up to the headquarters also. Geez, sounds serious but when i saw shaun reading it, he did nothing but just put the paper one side. HAHA! I think he is also lazy to entertain losers like him. LOL! Thats not only the problem. What irritates me next was the stocking up of the sundae & shake mixs! When it was already stock up till full, the very next moment you know you need to stock up again! Super annoying! Thats explain the numerous number of customers today! Not only that, obviously i made a BIG MESS down there. Wahahaha. But i can't be bothered you see. Lol! Plus you wouldent want to believe it that the delivery guy also send the wrong buns to our store! =.= Cocked up eys today? HAYAA. NOT ONLY THAT! Haha. A small little girl came up to me while i was stoning at the dk. haha! And she goes like this.. Girl : "Ermm.. i have no money with me.. can i borrow your telefon? i want to call my mummy.. :(" Me : " Aww, you seem lost. Where is your sister or brothers? " I asked her this cause she always buy ice-cream from me.. Girl : " Idk where are they.. My brother say he want to go to the toilet and ask me to wait outside so i wait laa. Then i also go inside the toilet for awhile. Then when i come out, wait for about 10 minutes he still havent come out. So i shout his name then nobody answer. They have left me.. *sad face and wants to cry!* While hakim can still make a joke and say, "Ehhh cute nyer! Nat tolong aku cubitkan pipi dier!" haha, lol? Me : Aww, thats so bad of him. So i helped her dialled for her mum's number but to no avail.. So me and marilyn interviewed her and she kept on saying that she wants to go home. Marilyn didnt allow her to go cause we were worried for her safety. It was 7plus in the evening and she kept on saying that she knows her way home but we just would not let her go. So marilyn kept on dialing for her mum's number but to no avail. :( Suddenly! Her sister came out from no where and shouted for her name and begins scolding her! I was like OMG, what a mean sister you got! Her sister was like ''EH NURUL! Faster lah abang's been looking for you! AYOOOOO!" Instead of like consulting her sister and asked he where has she been just now but no! The sister kept on shouting at her! Wtf! Then the sister go and order ice-cream from hakim and hakim claims that she was very rude! I agreed cause for her age, she shouldent act so arrogantly. She's only like 10 years old? Sucha bitch. I pity her younger sister very much. Her face was damn sad when she went off. Hayaa, pity her man. I hope she's fine uh. Most probably would be seeing her when she ordes ice-cream from me again. Heh! :D So yea that was today. Horrible right. And what adds on the the horrible-ness is just the numerous number of lost & found items. All dump at cafe. The items went up to about 6 items in just 2 hours. So careless don't know how to take care of their things. Grr. And i just hate it when i ask people for favors but in the end nobody can return the favor! GRR! Geram nyer. I guess iam just nothing. I'am so down,mad and whatever la. Tido lagy bagos.
